Luigi De Canio has handed new signings Gavin Mahon, Matthew Connolly and Fitz Hall their full QPR debuts at Stamford Bridge.
Hogan Ephraim makes his second debut for the R's following his loan spell earlier in the season, while Akos Buzsaky also starts after the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed on his permanent switch from Plymouth Argyle.
Lee Camp starts in goal for Rangers against the FA Cup holders, behind a back four consisting of Connolly, Hall, Damion Stewart and Chris Barker.
Martin Rowlands skippers the side in the heart of the R's midfield, alongside Gavin Mahon, while Ephraim and Gareth Ainsworth occupy the wide midfield berths.
Buzsaky will play in the hole, behind lone front-man Dexter Blackstock, while the substitutes' bench consists of Adam Bolder, Patrick Agyemang, Simon Walton, Kieran Lee and Angelo Balanta.
Chelsea boss Avram Grant has named a strong starting XI, which includes England regulars Ashley Cole and Shaun Wright-Phillips.

Avram Grant has selected a strong-looking line-up from the players available with Salomon Kalou, scorer in the last two games, again leading the attack.
The Ivorian will head a 4-2-3-1 formation that sees 18-year-old Scott Sinclair, a recent loanee to QPR, on the left and Claudio Pizarro playing centrally behind Kalou.
Drogba returns from injury and takes a place on the bench.
Steve Sidwell comes into midfield and John Obi Mikel returns to the starting line-up with Michael Essien suspended and Michael Ballack on the bench. Ashley Cole captains for the first time.
For QPR, new signing from Wigan, Fitz Hall, comes straight into defence. Another January signing, Patrick Agyemang is on the bench.
